No matter how large, a blog will never be made that can encompass a life. So much happening, most not bus related in the least. What an excellent way to not think about what ails you (the bus I mean).

So after visiting the cabin in B.C. the US border patrol searched our truck, nothing unusual there. Except this time they found some unlabeled pills, six exactly, wrapped in foil. I'd completely forgotten about them, couldn't say what they were. So the border cops tested them and said they were some form of valium. Mind you I've never taken valium in my life, but they arrested me anyway. The pills went to the lab, the results to be announced. Meanwhile I guess my nice fat tax return will go directly to an attorney. Court date ("pre-trial") is April 22.

I'm back in Sumas from another visit to Seattle, this time for work meetings as usual, and also medical appointments. No cavities at the dentist, and Dr Rob says my viral load is dropping to a mere 265,000. Living poz, don'tcha know.

And then Mark is considering his own life changes...this weekend we're off to the coast to visit a friend who's partner recently passed.

On the bus, just got some cheapo water barrels (used to hold soda pop syrup) in Seattle. Still thinking about the ladder on back, also stove pipe etc. Hopefully more progress soon on the driveway at our cabin in Boston Bar. I'm sort of nervous still about parking it up there, but then again I'm not making much progress down here either. Well, at least I'm not dead.
