The night blankets libraries and bedside bookshelves. Absent of readers, the rigid shelves bulge and breathe as captive books prepare for their clandestine night flights. They seek imaginations to tempt.
As darkness descends, the books slide from their compressed existences, pages flapping as they become airborne. Thirsty for eyes to caress each word, books grow in the imaginations they capture with each nocturnal mission.
