Resources for you and your children are available in the community. You can always ask for help. The following is a list of resources in King County, Washington. The person you talk to will understand what you are going through. They will give you information on keeping safe, and what your options are. Emergency shelter is a safe place for you and your children to have time to think about your future. Help is also provided to obtain food, clothing, medical care, transportation, and other necessities.
