Beer Waffles

2 Eggs
2 1/4 C. Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/4 C. Oil
2 C. (1 12 Oz.) Beer (use one good enough to drink)
1 tsp. Baking Soda

Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl. Get the lumps out and then stop. These freeze well.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (aka the Universal Beer Back) and Harpoon's various IPAs are my current beers for this recipe.
