Crepes

Combine:

Flour
beaten egg
soy milk

The batter should be thin.

The layer in the pan should be thin. If you get it thin enough, you won't have to flip it. I always have to flip mine.

Fill with something yummy. These are strawberries around the peak of the 2013 season, only by that time of year, I'm sick of strawberries and they sit around. I froze this batch, and thawed them in October, when they were much, much better than anything you can get fresh or frozen at the store. Pure luck. Normally, they would have rotted on the counter -- or gotten freezer burned and thrown away.
