Byrdie's Shepard's Pie Without Quite So Much Brit In

Silk soy yogurt (cubed, soft)
I Can't Believe It's Not Sour Cream
nutritional yeast
tamarind
garlic powder
smoked paprika
olive oil
soy sauce
worcestershire sauce
liquid smoke (4 drops from an eye dropper)
1 russet potato, cubed
1 bag of baby carrots, chopped
2 chopped red bell peppers
1 bunch of celery, chopped
1 bunch of kale, chopped
leftover pasta sauce (probably Trader Joe's NSA)
almond milk mashed potatoes, made from a box
riced cauliflower

The bottom crust is made with the riced cauliflower. The top crust is mashed potatoes. Maybe marinate the tofu. Further detailed directions may or may not be provided in the future. In the meantime, I'm assuming that she sauted the veg in the oil, added the rest of the ingredients, lined the pan with the riced cauliflower, baked it a few minutes, added the sauted ingredients and the yogurt and sour cream, put the mashed potatoes on top and baked it in a medium oven until it was done, probably an hour give or take.
