Bell Pepper and Celery Salad

Chop:

1/2 Bell Pepper (any colors)
2 stalks Celery

Assemble:

1 Tbs. Annie's Goddess Dressing
Chopped veggies

I don't usually produce or consume this kind of recipe, but this is a special case. It doesn't taste as good with green onion and/or tomatoes added, or even with fresh ground pepper on top. But these three ingredients are quite magical. The dressing is tahini based and remarkably tasty in general, but I only really eat it this way anymore. The proportions above work for one person. Scale up at will.

2014 update: this version includes chopped snap peas and green onion. I hope to get around to creating my own tahini dressing, but with a whole lot less sodium.
