Peach Mint Cocktail Menu

Inspired by Stephan Pastis' Pearls Before Swine Strip of November 13, 2017

Walk the Plank

1 oz Peach Crown Whisky
1 oz Orange Juice
juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 oz Pallini Peachcello
1/4 oz orgeat
mint leaf garnish and Luxardo cherries

Stir or shake with additional mint leaves. Strain into an up glass. Garnish with mint leaf and Luxardo cherries.

Madame Speaker

3/4 oz Peach Crown Whisky
1/4 oz China China or other orange liqueur
1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
mint leaf garnish

Stir. Strain into a lowball with a large rock. Garnish with mint leaf.

Sidecar

1 oz cognac
1/2 oz Pallini Peachcello
1/2 oz Cointreau
juice of half a lemon
mint leaf garnish

Stir or shake with additional mint leaves. Strain into an up glass with a sugared rim.

Gimlet

1 oz gin or vodka
1/2 oz Pallini Peachcello
1/2 oz lime juice
Mint leaves garnish

Stir or shake. Strain into an up glass. Garnish with mint leaves.

Mezcarita

1 oz mezcel
1/2 oz Pallini Peachcello
1/2 oz Cointreau
juice of half a lime

Stir or shake with additional mint leaves. Strain into an up glass with a sugared or salted rim, drinker's choice. Garnish with lime wheel.

Whisky Smash

3/4 oz Pallini Peachcello
3/4 oz Crown Royal Peach
generous dash orange bitters

Shake with mint leaves and lemon wedges. Strain into a lowball mostly filled with small rocks or crushed ice. Garnish with lemon and mint.

Brunch Drink

1/2 oz Pallini Peachcello
1/2 oz cognac
1 oz sparkling water
several dashes ginger bitters

Serve chilled in a flute.

Presbyterian

1/2 oz Pallini Peachcello
1 oz Crown Royal Peach
sparkling water
several dashes ginger bitters

Serve on the rocks in a tall glass, garnished with mint.

Manhattan

1 oz Crown Royal Peach
1/2 oz La Quintinye Blanc
dash angostura bitters

Stir. Serve in a chilled up glass, garnished with an orange twist and mint.

Vieux Carre

1/2 oz Crown Royal Peach
1/2 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Pallini Peachcello
1/4 oz Benedictine
dashes of angostura and peychaud's bitters

Stir. Serve over a large rock in a lowball, garnished with a mint leaf.
