From Bill's first hand-made, 1966 book of etchings to 21st-Century autobiography, books are part of his creative output of self-authored and self-published collection. Bill credits inspiration for this to Ulises Carrión who said, "We've reached a privileged, historical moment when keeping an archive can be an artwork."
