Parade of Animals

The Overlake Transit-Oriented Development is owned by the King County Housing Authority. It houses low-income families outside Seattle, Washington.

During my time as Associate Director at the community development non-profit organization Pomegranate Center, I had the great pleasure to work with Designer and Executive Director Milenko matanovic on the Parade of Animals Breezeway.

Mr. Matanovic designed the concept for the breezeway and I designed the 50 specific animals images that repeat themselves in postive and negative metal tiles along the walls. The Breezeway connects residential apartments to the Headstart playground.
