Baked Chicken

It's really hard to cook dinner for me, but a co-worker at Spry, Chris, and his wife Jen managed beautifully, pulling something like this out of some cookbook they had. I'd forgotten about it until I re-created this web-site, and made a few more changes. It has gotten better.

Place flat in a pyrex baking dish.

Chicken Breasts and/or Thighs

Pour around (optional):

White wine or Sake

Mix, then spread over tops of chicken pieces:

Dijon Mustard
Hot Sauce (Ring of Fire)
Honey

Slice and Scatter:

Mushrooms
Garlic Cloves

Sprinkle:

Sourdough Bread Crumbs
Thyme
Marjoram and/or Oregano
Rosemary
Parsley
Sage
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Chopped Basil

Bake in medium oven (350 F) until done.
