Artist's Statement: "On Saturday, June 23, 2001 I did a demonstration
in the backroom at Daniel Smith Ink, the Bellevue
Store. Thanks to the staff on duty that day at the store, and Katie (off
duty) for their hope. Pictured below are, from left to right, Laurie, Stephanie,
Gigi, Blake and myself. Also, thanks to other employees of the Daniel Smith Ink
company and, of course, "Dan the Man" himself for having launched this
company in the first place."
