Division 15 free-for-all in the Octagon at Aspen.

Cars will start at 40mph plus or minus their first turn acceleration. Turbochargers will not lag Turn 1.
Points as follows: +1 mobility kill, +1 (additional) for a complete kill, total of 2. -1 for being mobility killed, -1 (additional) for being completely killed total of -2.
Several boards will be run with no more than 8 players per board. Top scores from each board will advance. The exact number advancing from each board depends upon attendance, and will be revealed at gate time. A total of nine players, minus any seeds, will advance from all boards combined.
Game will run for 5 hours, real time.
Division 30 Run, Jump and Fight extravaganza! Held in the brand new Eye of the Pyramid in Austin, Texas.
Vehicle designs are due in to the referee before 8:00AM Sunday! Pregenerated cars will be available.
The reigning World Champion will be seeded to this level. Regional champions will be seeded to this level.
All entrants will begin the game in lower-level gates. Each player will set their starting speeds between 40 and 60 at his or her option.
Points as foillows: +5 mobility kill, +5 (additional) for a complete kill, total of 10. -5 for being mobility killed, -5 (additional) for being completely killed, total of -10. Crossing a checkpoint, +2. Hitting a target, +2. Placing dropped weapon counters in Marked "No Dropped Weapon" zones, -7 per 1/2"x1/2" (game scale) counter or fraction placed in the zone.
Completing a jump adds a +1/2x modifier to all points scored or penalties incurred after the jump is completed. Example: after making one jump, a full kill is worth 15 (10x1.5), and checkpoints are worth 3(2x1.5). After 2 jumps, a full kill will be worth 20(10x2) and a checkpoint worth 4(2x2). Being killed will be cause a penalty of -20 (-10x2).
Each checkpoint or target may be score only once. If a player scores a checkpoint before completing a jump, he/she may return to that same checkpoint and get any extra points that the checkpoint is now worth. Example: Miles Messervy scores a checkpoint for 2(no jumps yet, so 2x1=2) points. He then completes two jumps and returns to the same checkpoint and scores 2 more for a total of 4(2x2). Mike Montgomery completes three jumps first, then visits the same checkpoint only once, also scoring a total of 4(2x2). Mike's third jump did not count for score, because only one jump on each of the two levels counts.
Each player may only count one jump on each of the two levels to multiply his or her score. The maximum multiplier is then 2.
Game will run for 30 seconds, game time. At the end of phase 30-5 and end-turn actions, scores will be totaled and the 2048 World Duelling Champion will be crowned.
