CAR WARS COMPUTER GAME:
Geoffrey Gowan is looking for programmers, artists, sound
engineers and game designers with an interest in creating a new
Car Wars computer game. Programmers and artists must be able to

about a year.  Compensation is negotiable.  Here are some addresses

NECRODOME:
I stumbled on this while doing a search for Car Wars - it is
a computer game that has a history very similair to Car Wars - I
don't know how it plays or how similair it is to CW - but it looks
pretty good.  Here is the web page (shareware available):

PBEM CAR WARS:
Duel #3 will start in around September, I won't be refereeing
this one, but please contact me if you are interested in playing.  At
the moment duel #1 is closing down (I'm dead - after rolling and fire)
duel #2 is also continuing on well.  Check out the pages for more
information.

CAR WARS - ASSISTANT EDITOR:
Recently SJ-Games asked for volounteers to assist the creation
of their online pages.  While the position has been filled (I believe)
- it is still a good idea to put yourself down as available to help.
Support the official pages at least.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
ADQ:
        No new updates.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
AADA CHAPTERS:

OFFICIAL AADA PAGES:                                    OLD

so do your bit and fill it in.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
OTHER CW PAGES:

OFFICIAL CAR WARS HOMEPAGE:                             OLD
This has seen a few updates in the previous month or so,
included in their updates is a new Car Wars news section.  This
during the last month or so included a mention for HVD  - now the
SJ-Games Web-zine for Car Wars.  More information about the
conventions has also been added
                                                Last Mod: 13-MAY

SOPHISTICATED EVENING OF AUTOMOTIVE MAYHEM:             ***
A new page - which has just popped up - found it on the
SJ-Games site - ppl seem to be sending in their pages to them -
still I scooped them with HASTUR. The SEoAM pages looks pretty good -
in particular if you play in 3D or are looking at starting.
                                                Last Mod:

----------------------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Next issue will be some limo rules - superior to the ADQ ones
I think - and the possibility of a serial fiction being added.  Thanks
to those who have offered submissions - and remember the CWML and HVD
need more people to do such things.
