The Car Wars Internet Newsletter (CWIN) is an electronic mail magazine dedicated to automotive combat tabletop games. Its original purpose was to support Car Wars, the 29-year-old automotive combat board game published by Steve Jackson Games. CWIN now provides support to all automotive combat tabletop games including Axles and Alloys, Dark Future and Speed Rally.

CWIN is the successor to the Car Wars Mailing List, bi-weekly e-mail newsletter published by the Car Wars Web magzine High Velocity Duelling (HVD) from 1996 to 1998. When HVD ended operation of the Car Wars Mailing List in February 1998, the Seattle Washington Autoduel Team started CWIN.

Examples of the columns in each issue are listed below.

Arena Watch: Maps of arenas and dueltracks.
Automotive Combat Media: Links and articles about books, graphic novels, computer games, console games, movies and television shows featuring automotive combat.
Autoduelling Technology Today: Reports of automotive combat game world weapons and accessories being used in the real world.
The Daemon Mechanic's Garage: Variant rules primarily intended to replace current ones.
The Firing Range: Feedback from readers.
Uncle Edgar's R&D Laboratories: New weapons and accessories.
WADA News: Reports of the activities of automotive combat tabletop gaming groups and updates on the WADA Automotive Combat League.
Web Watch: Links to new automotive combat gaming information.

Issues are sent to subscribers every one to three months depending on the availability of material for each issue and the chaotic work schedule of the editor. Issues are added to this archive periodically after they are published.
