The Car Wars Internet Newsletter (CWIN) is an electronic mail magazine
dedicated to automotive combat tabletop games. Its original purpose was
to support Car Wars,
the
29-year-old
automotive
combat board game published by Steve
Jackson Games. CWIN now
provides support to all automotive combat tabletop games including
Axles and Alloys, Dark Future and Speed Rally.
CWIN is the successor to the Car Wars
Mailing List, bi-weekly e-mail newsletter published by the Car Wars Web
magzine High Velocity
Duelling (HVD) from 1996 to 1998. When HVD ended operation of the Car
Wars Mailing List in February 1998, the Seattle Washington Autoduel
Team started CWIN.
