I borrowed this idea from Mickey Kaus, who has yet to bring it over from his original blog to Slate.  Like Kaus, I often think of articles I would like to see the media cover.  By "assigning" them to reporters, or news organizations, I intend two things.  First, I want to give my own small nudge to the media.  Second, I want to highlight the gaps in their coverage, the stories we aren't seeing or hearing because they don't fit on the current organization agendas.
