| The sun visor frames are stripped of their coverings , sandblasted and painted. | The new sitffener panels. They are 1/4" plywood, traced out and cut on a bandsaw. They are sanded smooth and coated with polyurethane for moisure protection. |

| This is the Dremel setup for cutting the wire channels in the panels (right). I used the Dremel router attachment and a 1/8" router bit set to 3/16" depth. A length of 1" angle is clamped to the router plate and carefully set to have the bit cut directly in the center of the panels. | The panels routed out and relieved to fit inside the wire frames of the visors. |
