I mounted the 2 Rule 2000 GPH pumps and Rule-A-Matic float switches on 'pallets' made from 1/2" thick polyethylene sheet. The Pallets form a step, which conforms to the stepped mounting pads in the MaXum bilge. The Pallets allow the pump/switch assembly to be easily removed as a unit for servicing |

This is the aft Bilge Pump assembly mounted under the engine. You can see how the stepped Pallet conforms to the mounting pads. 4 screws mount the Pallet to the pads. The routing of the discharge pipe and wiring allow the Pallet to be completely removed from the bilge without disconnecting the pipe or wires. |
