The Include Command

Syntax
$include filename$

Description
This command will cause the specified input file to be included as input for the current section. This is useful for commands that are repeated in many files.

Example
The file copyright.omh contains the following text:
     $comment This file is used as an example by include.omh and verbatim.omh$$
     $codep
