We are here following the KinterSylvanian Standard for Lupine Vocatives.
As the reader is well aware, all lupine, or Wolf, speech begins with a
vocative mood howl-ette, rendered here in shortened form as 'Whoa!'

'Whoa!' has no easy translation, but approaches some of the flavor of 
the command, 'Attend!'

As the reader remembers the tediousness of reading Wolf speech in which
each sentence begins with the lupine vocative, this translation will be 
a welcome relief.

The K.S.L.V. standard places the howl-ette in post-positive position, 
that is, placing it just aft of the first meaningful word in the 
sentence. 

Witness the following conversion:

Old style -- "Whoa!, hey Rex! Woa-ooot, woooh!"
	  -- "Whoa!, what?, Relky wooot?"


K.S.L.V.  -- "Hey, Whoa!, Rex! Whoa-oot, woooh!"
	  -- "What?, Whoa!, Relky wooot?"


I'm sure the reader sees the improvement in clarity of the second
rendering.
