The expedition party will have representatives from each of the three arms of KinterSylvanian society. Leadership will fall to Bees, naturally, due to their unmatched skill at organization. No less important roles will be filled by both Beast and Human members. The Expedition Party
zzzzz'ZOE -- University of KinterSylvania, Doctor of Scents Expedition Head and Bee Authority
The Royal First Cousin, zzzzz'ZOE is noted for his interpretations of the wax scents in the WeatherLand Hive walls. These fossils had suggested that pollen was once carried by winds. Doctor zzzzz'ZOE pointed out that the WeatherLand winds would have Pneumorphically (attributing wind characteristics to non-winds) referred to Bees as 'winds.' Since the WeatherLand culture had no intelligences apart from winds, Bees, as intelligences, would have been addressed as winds.
Ancient WeatherLand bees would naturally have been influenced by the culture around them, and would have scented it into the wax walls of their hives. The alternative is, of course, foolish, that brutish winds were ever intelligent enough to pollenate flowers without the guidance of Bees.

Lou'ulf -- Plains College, Doctor of Songs Beast Alpha
The ascendancy of wolf song science in the modern age can be largely attributed to Lou'ulf. His brilliant ear and voice brought study of the vocal processes of lupine culture to a height unequalled by any except Bee olfactory science.
Lou'ulf was first to notice layers of song hidden above and among the plain layers, layers which when isolated, contained long histories, of packs unknown, of dark pasts, and of historical events.
"There is a calendar written in wolf song," said Lou'ulf, "common to all songs, inflected in all throats, and sung in all hearts. This calendar marks the course of wolf history as surely as paws leave prints in the snow."

Reg Named Guard -- Mayor of South Enclave Official Human Witness
Afficienado(though fancying himself a linguist) of human stories Mayor Reg rounds out the committee, bringing the best that humankind can offer. His humble, silent presence around the discussion table, even when there is nothing for human thought to bring to it, could prove valuable to the rest of the committee, not to mention that the human's prodigious ability to carry burdens, will be of valuable service, especially to the Bees.
Mayor Reg can also provide his eye-witness seal to any discoveries that are made, especially where those discoveries are unpleasant to human interests, and contrary to the beliefs of the anarchists.

All events will be scented into wax by zzzzz'ZOE, over the groundless protests of both the beast and human contingent, who doubt the notorious Bee impartiality. Official Recorder
A journal, a wax cake sent back to the Queen each week, will describe the journey, and will present accounts of any findings that occur.
