zzzzz'Drom's Total Queen Management Tips:Give Them Hope
Give Them Hope, It's Cheap!
To My Human Admirers On the Earth Internet Yes, it turns out, I DO have time to pass on the occasional bit of wisdom, learned from my own experience with Humans as my significant underlings.
If they suffer in the tasks you give them, it is not necessary to give them anything but hope. Hope, you see, is a salary you make them pay themselves. It is the only mental faculty that is uncritical. Almost any promise you make will give rise to hope in their minds.
The one drawback to hope is its short life. Therefore, you must be careful to do as the Bee Counters do, changing the name of your promises monthly, as well as changing the faces who swear those promises will be kept.
Wages, and the alleviation of suffering, are expensive, both in resources and energy. But hope is cheap, and the cultivation of hope in your Humans will allow you to sit undisturbed on your acronyms, without the need and expense of alleviating their sufferings, or their poverty.
GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES HOPE!:
IT'S CHEAPER THAN SOLUTIONS!
