DSL Pricing
 
There are two portions to the monthly fees for your DSL connection: the Seanet Internet Access Charge and the DSL Line Fee. There may also be setup fees for the DSL line.
  • The Seanet Internet Access Charge is the same regardless of which line carrier you choose for your DSL. The charges cover the connection of the DSL line to the Internet and data traffic (throughput) over the DSL connection.
  • The DSL Line Fee covers the DSL line itself. The function of the DSL line is roughly equivalent to the function of your phone line when dialing in for Internet access. These line fees are sometimes charged to you directly by the provider (Qwest Residential, Qwest Business, and Verizon) or they may be billed to you through Seanet (Covad). The different line providers have different setup and installation fees.
