Know Them Plants

From Mexico to Canada
I've studied them wild plants
Along the bogs and rivers
And up the mountains path

They've been here much longer
Than any relative that I've got
They have many hidden secrets
Like the design of heavens touch

Adapting to the environment
Is what they do best
They supply us with medicines
And foods that we can digest

All they ask is some water
And a little warm sunshine
For photosynthesis to grow on
A harmony that is so divine
